| “I
did extensive research before I selected the CoachLab Coaching
Certification Program. I listened to many pre-recorded sessions,
bought books and spoke to many people. Many of the programs,
seemed to mystify coaching. They appeared to be either over-complicated
or nebulous. I found the curriculum provided by Eagle’s
View far superior to anything else out there and the training
and coaching I received were remarkable. I have found the
CoachLab system to be exactly what I needed. I can cut to
the matter quickly and help my clients stay on track to
achieve their goals.”

Coaching Philosophy:
1. Effective coaches are made, not born. Coaching can be learned.
Frequent study and practice are essential.
2. Anyone who wants to be an effective coach can be, and it doesn't
have to be hard or difficult.
3. Coaching is crucial to performance excellence.
4. It is a sacred privilege to be one's coach.
5. The coach & player relationship is a confidential one.
6. Players are already capable and able, although they may not
know it.
7. Players provide the primary commitment and enthusiasm to achieve
their objectives. Coaches facilitate and augment those necessary
components.
8. Players contribute to the development of their coaches. The
coach & player relationship is a learn/learn situation.
