Enabling a collegial, worldwide dialogue among practicing and aspiring coaches; enlarging each other's coaching knowledge, skills and insights; helping to ensure their clients' success.
Purpose:
-Assist practicing coaches in providing superior coaching services and products to their clients.
-Empower coaches and aspiring coaches with access to the highest quality training and coaching certification.
-Assist part-time coaches in successfully making the transition to full-time coaching.
-Provide a global forum to boost members' coaching impact with clients.
-Contribute to the professionalism of and high regard for CLI members.
-Enhance the professional image and regard for the coaching profession globally.
